The ham radio club BBS computer died. It reported bad voltage from the power supply. Checking the voltage on all leads, I found that the power seemed to be just fine. It turned out that the circuit that checked the power supply was bad. One of the club members not only had a schematic of the mother board, but a replacement IC. Five minute fix.
